What would a newbie blackjack dealer starting off at El Cortez or Gold Spike

What about when they move to the strip, to Sahara or Stratosphere or

What about when they move to the bigger places, like MGM or NYNY?

What about when they move to the ritzy places, like Bellagio or Venetian?
